The following schedules indicate when particular payments are due tuition and portfolio system fees for degree and certificate programs.
Degree Programs (B.Min., B.Th., M.Min., M.Th., D.Min. GC-BTE, D.Min. TIC)
- Tuition for the entire degree program is $7,200 and the Portfolio System fee is $1,250.
- Our standard payment schedule collects tuition at a rate of $150/month for 4 years (total 48 months) and the Portfolio System fee during the first 25 months ($50/month).

Certificate Programs (C.Min., C.Th.)
- Tuition for the entire certificate program is $3,000.
- Our standard payment schedule collects tuition at a rate of $125/month for 2 years (total 24 months).

- Tuition for the entire certificate program is $3,600.

Notes on payments:
- There is no application fee for the Admissions process.
- A first payment of at least $200 should be submitted with a students application to a degree program, $125 for a certificate program, or $150 for a C.Min. with Additional Ministry Practicum program. Initial payments are entirely refundable if a student is not admitted.
- Course Materials are purchased separately from the BILD Store.
- Payments may be made by credit card, check, or direct withdrawal.
- Payments are due by the 15th of each month for the upcoming month. A late fee of $20 may be charged for any payment received more than 7 days after the monthly due date.
- Students who are delinquent on payments for tuition, the Portfolio System, or course materials may be placed on Financial Probation (which means that assessment and other services will be withheld and no transcripts of credit earned will be given until accounts are paid-in-full or other arrangements are made).
- Alternative payment schedules will be provided for students who are enrolled through scholarship programs or special arrangements with particular BILD Partners.
- Students with financial difficulties or needing to make adjustments to this schedule should call the Antioch School immediately or email Accounts Receivable.
