The Next Generation of Church Leaders Starts Here

You don’t have to leave your ministry to deepen your leadership skills. The Antioch School equips you to plant and establish churches — grounding you in the theology of the early church while you continue serving where God has placed you.

Is the Antioch School Right for Me?

The Antioch School is built for leaders who are hungry for biblical depth and a training experience that is genuinely integrated with real ministry life. Our students tend to share a few things in common:

You are dissatisfied with the status quo.

You believe the church matters deeply, and that's precisely why you want it to be everything Scripture says it can be. You're drawn to the patterns of the early church and want to understand them more fully.

You are already engaged in ministry – or are interested in church planting.

You don't have to hold a formal leadership role, but you are actively involved in a local church community or desire to plant a new church. Our programs are designed to be done in your ministry context, not outside of it.

You are committed to the local church.

Our conviction is that following Christ means following Him into His church. Students who thrive here are rooted in a community, accountable to others, and interested in building something that lasts.

You are open to having your assumptions challenged.

Understanding the way of Christ and His Apostles will expose you to a new paradigm for church life. Expect to encounter ideas that reorient the way you read Scripture and think about the church.

You are looking for training that connects theology to practice.

If you want to accumulate academic information without applying it, this is not the right fit. If you want to become the kind of leader who can establish others in the faith, you're in the right place.

I can't stress enough how much my life changed because of the Antioch School. I have an entirely different life trajectory because I have learned the way of Christ and his apostles. It has changed everything about my life, from how I see myself being utilized in the church for Christ's mission, down to how I relate to the individuals in my church.

The growth I experienced in my understanding of doing ministry in a local church context included not just what I was learning as head knowledge, but it was maturing me in my character and also developing my skills as a minister of the gospel.
